This practice aims to provide the highest quality health care available under the NHS to all its patients with a well trained and motivated primary health care team.
All practice staff and doctor attends regular educational and training meetings so as to keep themselves up to date with new developments. From time to time, this may cause alterations to normal working schedules, of which you will be kept informed.
We will periodically monitor the service we provide and the standard of care we give. From time to time, we will hold patient surveys’. Please be honest with your comments which help us to help you in the future.
There is wheelchair access at the surgery and also disabled toilet facilities. Access is also available for patients with prams, pushchairs and buggies.
There is a consulting room upstairs but a room is available downstairs for your consultation if required. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, please inform the receptionist who will arrange for you to be seen downstairs.
